It’s fair to say that it’s been another tumultuous and somewhat disruptive year for most of us in one way or another. Living with a global pandemic tends to have that sort of effect.
Yet despite familiarising ourselves with the new normal(s), the ECSG team hasn’t stopped in its pursuit of incrementally growing the business, while ensuring that customer satisfaction remains our number one priority.
We might not have been around that long as a collective, however as you already know the individuals who comprise the ECSG team possess a wealth of personal experience, skills and qualifications in the more technical aspects of claims handling. We’ve come so far in 2021 and this blog is all about reflecting on our team’s achievements over the past 12 months…
Our New Website Reflects Our Ambition
One of the very first things any forward-thinking business needs is a website which projects its provisions and ideals in a way which grabs customers’ attention as soon as they see it. Therefore, at the top of our agenda, was to create a brand and website that defines us as a business. Our website provides a great platform to communicate our services to our customers and potential customers, and allowed us to build on our foundations as a business in 2021.
Our Brand-New HQ Opened Its Doors to Employees
Together with an all singing-all dancing website, another benchmark of a company on the rise/destined to be going places is a bricks and mortar HQ. So, you can imagine just how excited we were recently to be handed the keys to our new office, located in Norwich.
Our new base will also give our team the opportunity to get to know each other a lot better. As it represents the first time that we’ll be working together under the same roof. In the face of necessary Coronavirus restrictions, our team had until this point been largely remote-working during 2021. With some team members never having met each other in person; relying solely on Zoom calls to forge their working relationships.
So, it will be hugely beneficial to be in the same building as one another in 2022, and driving the business forward as a unit. Having said that, we were fortunate to meet up for the first time as a collective, collaborative team when we experienced a much-needed ‘away day’ towards the end of this year.
New Year, New Faces, New Opportunities
You see, people are what makes ECSG different from our competitors in the technical claims management sector. We only ever recruit employees with a track record of going that extra mile for customers. Who can bring customer-driven focus to the job in hand.
Seizing on this mantra, it gave us enormous pleasure to welcome new faces to the existing ECSG fold in 2021. Who will perpetuate these core values.
Shania joined our team as our Customer Claims Manager. Kevin joined us as our Business Development Manager and Danielle also joined us a Claims Negotiator.
Just like the rest of the team, our three new team members will be instrumental in helping us achieve even greater levels of success as we head into an exciting new year. As our team grows we welcome more experience, more knowledge and more enthusiasm to our already highly skilled team. All of which not only benefits us as a company, but also benefits our customers and their customers too, whom it is our responsibility to assist.
2022 and Beyond…
Elsewhere, we’re looking forward to attending even more industry events in 2022. Having thoroughly enjoyed the networking opportunities presented this year, we attended various different claims management sector events, including the headlining ‘I Love Claims Awards’ and ‘Bodyshop Awards’ gatherings.
Therefore, the prospect of 2022 can’t come quick enough for the team here at ECSG. As we can’t wait to lend our expertise to hundreds more customers in the coming 12 months who’ll approach us to work out the very best deals for them.
But before that, there’s the small matter of enjoying Christmas and New Year celebrations… and it’s important that we thank every one who has supported ECSG in one way or another throughout 2021.
We can all be stronger together. Stay safe and here’s wishing you a very merry Christmas.
