We will be supporting Little Gate Charity. A little gate to a bigger future – Little Gate finds paid jobs for adults with learning disabilities and autism, giving them all the support they need to learn the job role, adapt to their new workplace and become a real asset to their employer.

Little Gate believe that everyone has the right to train for, find and thrive in paid employment. Only 6% of adults with learning disabilities are in paid employment. This means 94% are in unpaid work, day care or stuck at home. Little Gate provides supported employment, apprenticeships, and work training in addition to running various social enterprise ventures and providing a wide range of activities for children aged 8 to 18 through their Little Gate Rangers club.

Our Head of Business Development; Kevin Southon, experienced first-hand the amazing work carried out by Little Gate and worked for the charity for 4 years, he is delighted that ECSG will be supporting Little Gate and their work trainees.
