This week we have shared our new branding and launched our brand-new website!
As specialists in claims handling, we use the latest technology platforms to provide a better claims journey for all involved, no matter where fault lies…It seamed only fitting that we are able to provide this efficient and personal provision through a website that is not only user friendly but also looks great and represents our brand, purpose and vision impeccably.
As our name suggests we are dedicated to changing the perception and delivery of claims services, by delivering claims ethically and collaboratively. This was the driving force behind our new branding design and website creation.
Our brand-new logo reflects heavily on our values of ethical claims, collaboration and personable provisions. The two joined hands form to create a heart shape while also portraying the E within our name, ECSG. It truly reflects our key statement: ‘To harmonise motor claims ethically and collaboratively’.
Studies find that the colour of a brand represents the way consumers view them, that’s why our cool tones of green and blues bring a fresh and calming feel to our brand and business.
On our brand-new website, you’ll find everything you’ll need for information regarding our services, our supply chain and easy ways to contact us. With everything in one place our website is easy to navigate and allows our customers to find out everything regarding not only our services but how they can expect to work with us. We will also be updating the site with regular blogs regarding our services, claims, insurance and supply chain news as well as team updates.
